Milo and Random Fast Friends

Milo is growing up, rolling over from his tummy to his back and his back to his tummy. He and Random are getting more acquainted. Random has wanted to be his pal from the time he came home. But now Milo is much more aware of this big four legged best friend. Look at that smile!

Milo's Grandmother gets stronger every day--From Judy

Hi everyone,

I have been home five days and get stronger each day. I read my email yesterday for the first time and even feel good enough to post a short note to Milo's blog today.

First let me thank everyone for all your positive thoughts, prayers, cards, flowers, food and gifts. I am especially grateful for how everyone has reached out to my family who have needed your support and frequent messages.

Lew and I go to Dr. Williams this Wednesday to discuss my treatment plan. I am very optimistic and want everyone to continue to send us those positive, uplifting vibes!

Milo and Kelly visited with me this afternoon. There is no better medicine! He coos and babbles, smiles, listens and giggles when Kelly sings to him, and generally just oozes cute.

We will keep everyone posted about what is next for me.

Guess Who?

Is this Milo in the mirror?
Who is that strange man holding this baby?

Judy is at home !

Judy arrived home from the hospital today. She was all smiles on the voyage from her hospital room of 9 days to the car. The weather was immaculate this morning with a cool breeze blowing. She is resting this afternoon and will visit her doctor next week. Please if you plan to visit her, Wash Your Hands so as to speed her recovery and not get any germs.

The Kerrigan Family took advantage of the amazing weather today and decided to give this cute little orange stroller a go. Milo LOVED it! We walked up and down our street and the adjustable visor allowed me to keep the sun out of his eyes no matter which way we turned.

I think we have found a new activity that we all can enjoy- Random, our Dog Loved being able to have Milo accompany him on his daily walk.

Milo will visit Judy tomorrow at home for the first time in nearly 3 weeks.

Life Moves Forward (posted by Kelly)

While Judy is recovering from surgery in the hospital, I am posting new Milo info per her request.

Milo is now 3.5 months old and has moved into his crib , leaving the small confines of his great Bassinet behind. So far, he is sleeping great in his crib and enjoying the crib soother Rainforest sound device we received at our shower. He sleeps in a Halo sleep sack. He doesn't seem to need a pacifier too often and can fall asleep on his own in his crib with only a few minutes of severe fussing.

He is reaching out to grab things, sucking on his hands, babbling loudly to both Paul and I,  And Flipping over from his stomach to his back. I can foresee a roll from his back to his tummy on his left side is not too far away from happening.

I decided to make a video of him in his crib for the first time and a video of him flipping over. Please check out his YouTube Page for all videos of Milo.

With Judy feeling much better today and her return from the hospital certain to occur early this week, I will be able to take Milo to see her once she is home. I had intended to take Milo to the hospital, but as her recovery was a bit slowed at first, it seemed like a better idea to wait until she was back home.
